While there's a heat index of 126 in Iowa, here in Oregon, its rainy, cool and cloudy......I think I figured out where our summer went.....Iowa has theirs AND ours at the same time....I got rained on all this last weekend while camping....but then in Oregon if you wait for the rain to stop you never get to do anything....
