JULIUS AGWU STILL ALIVE
For those of you who heard versatile comedian Julius ' D genius' Agwu died, there's no such thing. The guy is very much alive and kicking. The rumour went round Lagos last week, but it's been confirmed that he's alive and hopefully has many more years to live.

Bright Okpocha, popularly known as BasketMouth will on Sunday 1st of April 2007 host the second edition of his comedy show 'Basket mouth Uncensored'. According to what I'm hearing, Presidential aspirant, Professor Pat Utomi will co-host the show. That will be nice! But we heard the same story at AY Live, where we were told that another Presidential aspirant, Rev Chris Okotie will Co-Mc the show...he didn't show. I hope it won't happen in Basket's case. I would really love to see the funny side of this politicians. Anyway, let's keep our fingers crossed.
Meanwhile the show will attract the highest fee ever charged for a comedy show. A whopping N5, 000. Something tells me the show will be worth the money.
Tuface, Face, Soul E, P.Square are among those expected to perform.
OPEYEMI AIYEOLA GETS MARRIED!
Popular Yoruba actress, Opeyemi Aiyeola got married to her long time beau, Babatunde Olayiwola Owolowonse on Saturday March 24th 2007. The tradional marriage took place at the Ostra Hall, Agidingbi, Ikeja.

ANNA NICOLE SMITH DIED OF DRUG OVERDOSE
Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental drug overdose with traces of nine prescription drugs in her blood, including anti-depressants and sedatives, Florida officials said yesterday Monday March 26th. She wasn't sick prior to the overdose. Well, now we officially know what killed the former Playmate.
May she rest in peace and may her daughter find her real father.
NOLLYWOOD ACTOR ARRESTED WITH COCAINE.
How many of you have heard that another Nigerian actor has been arrested again for cocaine possession? Well, it happened on Friday March 23rd 2007 at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Ikeja while allegedly trying to ferry some kilograms of cocaine into the UK. He was about to board a Virgin Atlantic flight when he was arrested. He excreted the exhibit in his stomach till 9pm at night after which he was detained at the NDLEA cell at the airport and was later transferred to Ikoyi prison where he is expected to face trial.
The actor's name is Uche Oduputa, anyone know him? He appeared in movies like 'Betrayal', 'All For Winnie'.
Couldn't find his picture anywhere but he's quite a known face here in Nigeria.
The Actor's Guild aren't finding the situation funny because airport officials have told them that all actors going through the airport will be thoroughly searched before being allowed to pass. No more celebrity treatment.
A few actors have been caught in the past carrying cocaine to other countries. I'm happy he was caught here and not in a foreign country, Imagine what that will do to our country's already tarnished image. I hope nothing like this happens again.
