I didn't say that - it wasn't me....it starts again....

When I see presidential candidates do this stuff it makes me know they are liars and frauds just as bad as Obama - politicians and snakes in suits - another reason I wouldn't vote for Rick Perry.

On Friday, Robert Jeffress, a senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Dallas who supports Texas Gov. Rick Perry and introduced him at the Values Voters Summit, called Mormonism a “cult” in remarks to reporters.

Fine, I expected as much from a Baptist as traditionally they oppose the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints doctrinally.  However, when I was a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and taught at a predominantly Baptist High School in DeRidder, Louisiana the Baptist faculty were very, very upset that the predominantly Baptist High School Kids remarked that we taught clearer and made more sense than the Baptist faith ever did and loved learning from us.  But the faculty quickly escorted us off campusright after and told us never to come back.  But whatever.

At any rate, not that I have a problem with a difference of opinions, I do have a problem with lies.  Beyond that I have a problem with political tactics like this among professed "Christians" who wont' say something themselves, but instead have a surrogate come out and say it for them so they don't get their hands dirty.  It's as bad as Obama "not hearing" Jimmy Hoffa Junior's call for violence against Republicans.

Didn't hear it.  Didn't condemn it. Didn't do it.  But it still happened.  Would you let your daughter date a man who does things like this?

FWIW as a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, during my undergraduate studies of psychology, I devoted a large part of my time studying the sociology of cults and cross referencing it with my religion and found the LDS church is about as far from a cult as you can get - especially compared to people who play games like the above while drawing accolades for being pious and devout.

Can't say I blame them for pulling all the stops to win the office of President of the United States, but I do blame people for a lack of integrity.

Who's side is he on?

Politically, Obama is about as coordinated as a monkey humping a football covered in Crisco.

On the one hand, you've got these Wall Street protests which Obama supports because he's anti-capitalist and anti-American and anti-big-business.

You've also got Obama supporting the unions who called for violence against the Tea Party.

You've got Obama claiming he's on the side of the little guy, of Americans and that's what all his political rhetoric has been about, never mind a bunch of idiots voted for him after he said that his plan would porduce "no more" than 8% unemployment (translation, "I'm going to create unemployment").

Then, you've got Obama wants collection agencies to be able to call cell phones to force people to pay their debts because that is what would help the economy.

Who's side is this guy on?  I thought big business was the problem with them taking money from the little guy!
I thought we were supposed to get everything for free?  Here, lets' recap - remember?  You won't have to worry about gas in your car, or paying your mortgage, probably because you won't have a house or a mortgage but here you go.....

I'm not even that astute a political commentator, but this guy just makes it too easy.

The pot calls the kettle black.....

President Obama has taken a swipe at the entire field of Republican presidential candidates, saying they are guilty of “smallness” for failing to stand up for a gay U.S. service member who was booed by a few audience members at a GOP debate.

Hmmmm, maybe they just didn't hear it happen.  Like Obama not hearing Jimmy Hoffa Jr. call for violence against the Tea Party at an event Obama was at.
