Serial Rapist Lanre Jason Onabowale Regains Freedom From London Prison

Lanre Jason Onabowale, 33, son of the owner of popular eatery Mama Cass, Charis Onabowale, has been released from prison after serving only 5 years of his 18 years prison sentence for rape.

As a university business student, he raped four women after spiking their drinks with a date rape drug in 2005. After he was arrested, several other women came forward to testify that he had also raped them. Lanre sexually assaulted women for several years before he was caught and jailed in 2006 on four charges of rape and one sexual assault. He was released from prison a few weeks back but his name has been put on the sex offenders list for life.
