On his fans
"I get embarrassed by some fans. That's a cross we have to carry as actors. Everyone doesn't understand that you're human after all. There are people who don't like you. maybe because of your actions on TV, there are some who love you and probably are expecting a whole lot of love and warmth. If they don't get it, they just throw it out on you, saying some nasty words and all that. That's our life. It's not that I'm happy about it, it hurts me when they do that to me, but what can I do? Sometimes they call me on the phone and say "Is this Ramsey?", I would say yes. The next thing is "You're an idiot, you're a fool", then they'll just bang the phone on you. But 70% of my fans are really, really nice. Most times they call and tell you how much they love and appreciate you. The very touchy ones was when I had my accident. Some of them called and said "They would rather die than have me dead"
On his drinking
I don't have any particular brand of drink. I love beer. I drink some spirit. I'm not a cognac person. I'm a whiskey person. I like spirits, like Baccaddi, Vodka. I have never been drunk in my life, because I know when to call it quits. I think I have a very high resistance to alcohol naturally. I don't know why but I do"
I used to have a crush on Ramsey. Alot of us young girls in the early 90's day-dreamed about him. Y'all remember when he was on Fortunes Soap-opera 94/95? He was the finest male on Television then. He was the first celebrity I begged to take a picture with in 1997. I still had a crush on him then until he came to Unilag in 2000 to shoot a movie in one of the boys hostels. After being around him for a few hours, my friends and I were like "What's this crush about?"...Oh well we all grew up I guess. He's still cute though.
