This is a USAF Security Police Exercise - in my opinion, USAF has the best military police and the best equipment, they train navy, and the stuff they guard is pretty high end (Area 51....nuke missile silos....B2 bombers with nukes....) whereas navy's stuff is always either in the bowels of the ship or in a depot guarded by Marines for full blown combat ops so Navy MP's (MA's) usually handle patrol, bombs, drugs, investigations (NCIS, JAG) and all sorts of unusual stuff as well.  It's interesting that the Marines train navy, USAF trains navy, I think Navy trains Army on their ships for the Army Corps of Engineers, but really.....nobody else can do the navy's job.  Trust a reactor to a jarhead?  Mmmmmno.  They couldn't even keep their "banana peelers" off our stupid A Triple F system and ended up turning on all the fire fighting sprinklers in the middle of air recovery ops with the aerdales getting soaked, the LSO waving off incoming aircraft and the XO ordering security "I want that man found."  Yes, Marines....until you get to where you're going.....you're a passenger.....leave the knobs and buttons to the sailors who are trained on that stuff.......or go lift weights in heavy seas while the ship rocks 45 degrees......(I liked Marines though, they take orders and have respect - always admired them - whereas Navy I had to threaten to kill someone to get stuff done).
