OKEEE! Calling 911 while you're being pulled over to avoid getting out of a ticket? Smart....except we've all got caller-ID including the police department and this guy got arrested for faking a 911 phone call....but....SMART....ish......maybe he should have tried "Is that a purple rabbit over there?"
