When one refuses to subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the country in which they are living, I don't know that they can have claim on the rights and privileges of that country. Especially since he left his country and tacitly renounced it and all claim it has on him while refusing to acknowledge the country in which he lives....I think he became a man without a country - recognizing no law, subject to no law, claiming no priveleges granted by law.Could be worse....for him. If he was in China, him and tens of thousands like him would already be dead in a country that executes several thousand a year. Oh and then his family billed the cost of the bullet.
