Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) has promised Nigerians stable electricity for the Christmas and new year period. Power generation suddenly changed on Monday Dec 13, at about 2,900 megawatts, a gain of about 600 megawatts from 2,300 megawatts the previous week.
