Totally saw the Birther Bill in Arizona having a flaw - that the secretary of state alone would have the power to determine the eligibility of a candidate - too much power in one place. Although if I think about it - every law that is passed generally only takes away freedom unless it' is like the bill of rights. Even a gun law takes away freedom of the universities to regulate themselves, forces people to allow felons and child molesters to bring guns to campus.
