Okay - does the 2nd Amendment apply to carrying a gun outside the home?
"We think if there is a 2nd Amendment right outside the home, it surely applies to law-abiding citizens carrying handguns for self-defense while traveling on public highways," said Antigone Peyton, a Virginia lawyer.
Why wouldn't it apply outside the home?
Who owns the outdoors?
WE DO.
We are the public. It belongs to us. Not the government. Is it administrated by the government? Who is the government? WE ARE.
Where was the 2nd Amendment written for? America - or America only in the house?
Does this mean that freedom of religion and other amendments only apply in the home?
Does this mean that those who are not wealthy enough to afford a home are therefore denied their rights?
Is this a means of creating another caste system of feudal landlords where only property owners are allowed rights?
Just a thought.
