SO.....you can't stop someone from breaking the law....
So....why do the police get to stop citizens who break the law? Shouldn't that be illegal?
Now, all you have to do is dress up as a fake cop and bust into someone's house in Indiana and it is ILLEGAL for them to stop you from breaking the law.....the 4th amendment....gone.
Sorry Indiana, federal law trumps state law on this one. Anyone else concerned how much the constitution keeps coming up lately in the news as being violated?

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Hmmmm The consittution also guarantees the right to bear arms, to petition the government for a redress of grievances.....I'd say resisting an illegal arrest or any illegal activity is not only your right but your duty as a citizen! But first, you must know your rights.....
