The striking similarity between Kate's wedding dress and the gown worn by Isabella Orsini

 

Isabella Orsini is the goddaughter of Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi. She married Belgian Prince Edouard de Ligne two years ago in a startlingly similar dress as the one Kate wore on her wedding day last month. Isabella's dress was designed by Belgian designer Gerald Watelet, while Kate's was by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen

The dresses bear many similar hallmarks, from the lace applique bodice and sleeves to its full skirt and dramatic train.
