I *loved* his sense of humor - that and he was a conservative even starring in "An American Carol." I'm always one up for the dry sense of humor or just the ridiculous. I first came to love him in "The Naked Gun" series - but - wow. (And please stop calling me Shirly).
I wonder what he would say about his own funeral? At any rate, him and Mel Brooks are two of my favorites in so many ways - but Mel Brooks isn't dead yet.
