Since the Chilton manual SUCKS at giving me a specific on what I'm looking at or clarifying directions for tightening the bands on a Dodge Grand Caravan transmission, as a public service, I'm clarifying the directions HERE with a diagram.
In order to access the kickdown band adjustment screw (upper) you're going to have to take out your air filter assembly - quite a bit of it - in order to give you room to swing your torque wrenches. You need two, one in foot-lbs, the other in inch-lbs. Socket driver extensions are pretty much a neccessity for the top screw for both torque wrenches - probably a 1/4" driver and a 1/2" driver at least 6" long on both, though I haven't gotten to adjust the bottom one yet. But anyways, just take out your air filters, get some engine degreaser and clean out down there and - here you go! You should probably have a paint-pen to mark your screws so you can keep track of how many times you turn them.
