I wonder if people would get ticked off if you were banging on it with a hammer like you were going to break it off while standing on the part not sticking over the water or sawing away with a small saw - I wonder if people would freak out or try to stop me....or if I did it with a construction hat and some tape/construction signs and a barricade around me but allowing everyone else to go around me out on the edge if they'd freak out.....
