I used to have to rely on my shipmates to check me out last minute and sometimes they would lie just to screw with you depending on how popular you were at the moment or if it was a serious inspection or not.
However, this photo captures the value of a new military accessory: Camera Cell Phone. We all know the military spends a lot of time AND money on just looking good. Now the modern camera cell phone allows women soldiers to be more effective at fulfilling the military's mission of looking good.
Some people might confuse this with being high maintenance. Being in the military IS high maintenance. Just because you're in doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your looks as well as your life. This actually is dedication.
Simply looking good isn't everything. You have to be able to "talk the talk" as well as "walk the walk." This female obviously knows how to perform. The fact that there's no clip in the weapon tells you she's PRACTICING. Practicing to go out tells you she's already committed to the relationship and to a date with guns and preparing well to spend time with you as well as chase off anyone who crosses the line and would be a good second in a fight.
Hair somewhat done, able to do a one hand flying hand stand while lining up on a target - and PRACTICING for what would likely be a fun night out, although we can't see how she personally looks, we can definitely tell this is at least an 8 out of ten just for talent and dedication alone.
Also notice she's not fully loaded down with gear. In this case we know she's practicing but is focused on the essentials: Weapons, flexibility and being able to do her job as well as look good. Not too high maintenance, is self confident and self reliant.
What would make this better is if she had a more modern piece of equipment with a bit more firepower. But the principle's the same whether you're carrying an M-4, M-16 or an M-16 with an M-203 attached.
However I think we can say that she is a safe bet in many aspects for a good time out and a good relationship.
Lastly - this is just dangerous: I couldn't concentrate if I was serving next to this.
It's important to look GOOD but not TOO good.
On the flip side, most guys I know would kill to protect this and I'm sure she wouldn't involuntarily be serving or standing watch by herself.
Ladies, just make sure if you DO look this good, you can do your job as well so you don't gain a bad reputation for being just a liability. Being able to speed load a clip in hostile situations doesn't turn as many heads as a good hairdo, but it's DEFINTELY more memorable when the time comes for it.
This is more of an example of what NOT to do depending on the circumstances. If it's down time though, this works very well.
