A very young and cheerful lady named Susan worked at the church's Suicide Help Hotline.
When she worked she would answer the phone over and over: "Jesus loves you, this is Susan!"Jesus loves you, this is Susan!" "Jesus loves you, this is Susan!" to the people who would call before discussing why they wanted to end their lives and getting them help and counseling.
After a particularly long day and feeling tired, Susan answers another call for help and picks up the ringing phone says "Susan loves you, this is Jesus!" to which there is a very long and confused pause on the other end. Finally the guy says "uhhh...somehow I always thought your voice would sound different....."
And one more: Out of the mouth of babes.
A boy was watching his father, a pastor, write a sermon. "How do you know what to say?" he asked.
"Why, God tells me."
"Oh, then why do you keep crossing things out?"
