You just know it was a chauvenist communist guy somewhere who gave the order for this....I don't find this intimidating, it's impractical (for anything military related anyways) and it makes your female military kind of the laughing stock of the western world, I'd have to give this a 2 or so. Maybe they could bounce on their rears with their ankles behind their ears or hold their ankles behind their ears and roll end over end like footballs in sync if they wanted to be even MORE impractical.
