Dude - these guys just make it up as they go. The guy at TSA the other day who opted out and was escorted out of the security area was told he'd be fined $10k for leaving the area - never mind they TOLD him to leave - now they are saying you can't do what he did and he'll be fined $11k instead of $10k and are investigating him for following directions.
