I've been so busy at work I about completely missed the news with the Chilean miners. If I'm lucky I'll catch Rush in the morning on the radio. Otherwise, we don't have TV and wouldn't watch it if we did from the Democrat propaganda machine, so we get our news form the internet but it just wasn't a story I was following.
Anyways, if you haven't seen it, one of the miners describes the ordeal here - a lot of things I just hadn't really thought about - I was going to work in a coal mine up in Centralia Washington when my freaky step-mother went berserk and psycho on me one day and I ended up moving before I got up on my feet and didn't get to follow through with the job. It paid pretty well and I was young and attracted to danger. But from the story - I enjoyed the joke about the money. I didn't know it was so warm underground though - I suppose that's better than being cold in those conditions.
